Access your workspace

Create an account

Before you start, ask the person who shared River with you to enable your email address.

To create your account, follow these steps.

1. Open the River sign-in page.
2. Select First time here?.
3. Enter your name, invited email address, and password in the account form.
4. Select Create account.
5. Open the verification email.
6. Follow the verification link.
7. Sign in with your email address and password.

Sign in to an existing account

Use the credentials for your River account.

1. Enter your email address and password on the sign-in page.
2. Select Sign in.

If you use GitHub authentication and the option appears, select Continue with GitHub instead.

Reset your password

A completed password reset signs out your existing sessions. To reset the password, follow these steps.

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
2. Enter your account email address.
3. Select Send reset link.
4. Open the reset email.
5. Follow the link to set a new password.
6. Sign in again.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. Confirm the invited address with the person who gave you access.

Check task usage

To check your remaining processing allowance, open Settings → Account & sessions.
